The Cycle Clinic was really good!! Easy to book a convenient slot, though ended up being moved slightly earlier which was fine – better in fact!

Left the bike with him for 45 mins whilst popped out for lunch, came back to receive a clean bill of health, a few minor tweaks and a well oiled chain. The bike is fairly new so I didn’t expect it to need much doing to it but it is great to have the peace of mind before Winter as these days it is my main mode of transport to and from work.

It’s a great perk to have, Thanks!

Really enjoyed the circle of influence and circle of control idea. I've heard it before but the way it was done on the screen with everyone's sticky notes made it a lot more accessible and easy to understand in day to day terms.
