Yoga @ 11 York Street

With a beautiful setting on the rooftop of 11 York Street we would invite our Occupiers to take an opportunity for self care and join the remaining classes of summer yoga for 2022. Classes are hosted by local Yoga instructer Alexis@flexyoga

Weather permitting the classes will be held on the rooftop terrace, but where this cannot happen in our trusty Manchester climate they will be held indoors within the building.

We would ask anyone who would like to take part to bring their own personal Yoga mat as these will not be provided.

Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
